Yes they do give suboxone for patients who are detoxing and then wing you off over 3 to 5 days!
They will also put you on a suboxone maintenance program If its neccessary. I'm pretty sure you have to do IOP in order for them to give you a prescription though. IOP is intensive out patient and lasts 30-90 days
