Some are her own litters, others are not. But she does not get them from puppy mills.
I believe she gets them a reputable breeder.
Every now and then she does have puppies but I don't think she breeds them
I have never seen puppies there. Not to say she never has them, just that I have never seen any. They tend to have more exotics like chinchillas, ferrets, parrots, sugar gliders, etc.
