You need to go to the dmv county where it's registered and report it lost/stolen. And they will issue a new one set for $8 if it the green/mtns one
Depends.if its the back get the one frim front &use that tempirarily&call the motor vehicle imediately.&might have to go down to get a new plates
You need to be owner of the vehicle and bring valid ID.
Bring registration and other plate in and ask for a replacement...
