They have some at the Trading Post.
They do, but if rainy they'll sell out quickly
At the visitors center they had disposable rain ponchos, but often sell out after concerts and events. They are not always in stock, but they do sell them when they can.
They may have some available down in the gift shop/museum area. It is towards the bottom of the mtn. And a really cool place to eat a snack or have a drink on the back deck
