It's a wooden bench seat. The walk way may have cement but you dont sit on that part.
Most of the amphitheatre is made of cement. There are built-in wooden benches for seating. Absolutely amazing place to see a concert.
The part where you sit is wood not cement. Bleacher style no back rest and I highly advise you bring one of those portable stadium seats you will be much more comfortable.
