No you can't, tbh, its really only good to go on the trails, walk your dog, watch partiers drink in the parking lot, and go to concerts.
No can't go tubbing but you can hike the trails there,very beautiful there to see
No, they have many signs about staying on the trails. I have heard that you can be fined for going off trail by some one who did just that .
