I agree with Brian! You aren't really getting the diversity piece as compared to Central P but Denver also doesn't compare to NYC in terms of diversity. It is one of the best parks in Denver though as it is is quite beautiful and fun to trot your dog around.
Hard to compare to NYC's Central Park. It's a lot, well, less diverse, but still a great park to chill, exercise, people watch, picnic, etc.
