I think you meant the gardens itself and they are open daily. The previous answer was regarding the China Lights Show. I do believe the gardens are $5 entrance a day.
This year's show is 9/21 to 10/21. Ticket sales start august 8. It doesn't say yet how much but last year it was very reasonable and way worth it. Maybe 5$?
