Why do restrooms always smell HORRIBLE! AND WHY DOESNT THE APP REFLECT ACCURATE INFO? STINKS WHEN U DRIVE 30 MIN AND THEY DONT HAVE WHATS "IN STOCK". I think all positive reviews are from paid employees!

Many don't use the app. They base their experience on their visit. Many don't know how to write at proper review. Many people use the bathroom. It is hard to keep the bathroom clean and fresh.

Yeah probably I do a lot of reviews and tell what I know if something is good I say it. If it's bad I really tell about. But I think you're right.
