If you have a SilverSneakers Tivity Health card OR you know you have SilveSneakers you will need to come into a Recreation facility to register in our system & receive a Recreation pass. Once you have the pass, you can go into the Recreation facilities swipe your pass at the front desk and take classes or do your own exercises. Thank you!
Yes, they are not needed to take the class but they do honor the passes
