Place does great! From their Steaks, all the way down to the bread!

Yes it is. There is valet parking available most evenings.
The parking lot is very small, however, if you want a great steak. Its worth it to park at "The Centre of Tallahassee (formerly Tallahassee Mall) and cross over Monroe Street to Longhorns. (You will definitely want to use the crosswalk ). They also have Valet parking on the weekends (not sure about weekdays).
They are quite popular. I just have in and did valet.
