Showed up, asked about Margs. Guy goes we have the "lemonade ones".....what???? lol Red sauce tastes like Chef Boyardee. Not Mexican at all, this place seems like it is owned by Brasilians trying to run a Mexican Restaurant. When I went to check out I watched the guy wash his hands and then come right over to us in order for us to check out. His hands were still sopping wet and he just touches all over the payment device, getting it all wet and gross before I had to touch it myself... We had four different waiters so I had no idea who to tip, figure it out...... I am Mexican and this is disgusting.

- I asked what kind of margaritas they had, the server told me, "lemonade". - the salsa was watery, with larger chunks of leaves... looked more like a mojito. - when asked if I can have chorizo in my burrito, the waiter just shows me his iPad with the choices. I guess you can't substitute? - margaritas were awful so was the sangria - the mexican rice had corn (normal), but then it had peas and carrots... is this a stir fry mix? -- I came here because I trusted the other reviews.... trust this one and just don't go. We didn't finish our meal, and we are feeling a bit sick. Just go somewhere else.

I arrived to la tiendita to dine in with Two people. We ordered and after I ordered I went to the restroom and when I walked in I couldn’t believe how dirty they keep it. The restroom looked like they never clean them ever. When ever I seen the restroom so dirty I should of walked out because I got sick with the food. The food is also really expensive. I would never go back

I literally never write reviews for restaurants but I absolutely love this place. Their steak or chicken tostadas are literally a must. They’re also so nice, fast and efficient. This place is such a hidden gem. If you haven’t tried it, you need to!!!!
