Do they have anything under $5 and do they have toys and do they use plastic or paper bags

Yes they have quite a few items under $5. They have stuffed animals and small toy items. They have a section where you can purchase Daiso reuseable bags, if not they use plastic bags at the register. FYI, Daiso will be opening soon in Edgewater, NJ in the Mitsuwa complex on River Road. 😀👍
