I sent 9 boxes and 1 tank to my parents in the Dominican Republic… they opened the tank and took half the contents… they delivered the boxes opened with items missing and the boxes wet with mold…. Worst company I have ever had deliver to my parents… the delivery guy in the Dominican Republic was rude and disrespectful to my elderly parents. I lost a total of over 2,000 in items stolen and 1200 that i paid in delivery that was treated like garbage. I would never recommend or use this company again.

Don't waste your money!!! So that the same thing that happens to me doesn't happen to anyone. I gave them one star because I didn't see an option not to give it one. Do not waste your money and time with this company. I sent a box last year and they always had a story to solve or pay me for what they stole from me. Various things were stolen from new sneakers to toothpaste. The box arrived in a mess. They took as much as they could out of ONE side of the box they opened. They never answered me and it is not the first time that things have been stolen in this company, La Primavera. They always played idiots, they were going to call to solve the problem and nothing. Those who answer the calls don't even know what they are going to answer because they supposedly go for x number of fulgon so as not to solve anything.

I sent my shipping on 6/29/2021its 8/9/2021 and family still haven't received the boxes. I called numerous times and luis the supervisor would give different dates the secretary can't provide me with any information . Luis was very rude speaking to me and told he doesn't care that's not his problem . Never again. Called dominican republic and the secretary over there can't provide me with any update as well
