I have family there in residence, in an apartment. I've seen nursing home rooms, apartments, and small single (duplex?) homes. Very, very nice. Many, many activities. Very good food. No idea what it costs.

No HOA, Condo fees or assessments. There is a mo. service fee including ALL utilities, home maint & yard work. The $197,400 house mo. fee for 2-$1,333, $289,900-$1,541.00. Less if single. U.S. News & World just voted Lancaster Best Place to Retire. Professionals visit from all over the world to discover why we’re so popular. 50/60 somethings move here. Half marathon, 51 mile cycling event, international travel + much more. Visitor recently put it, “doesn’t feel like a retirement community. There’s nothing old about it.” We think that’s the best compliment in the world! Thanks for the questions.
