Yes you have to call different cars may need different equipment but either way they are straight forward and don't mess around last system they did for me has been working hard for over six years.
Either call or go in, we have used them for years on several cars, will not go anywhere else...
You'll need to call them with car make model or bring your car to them. They do a good job. I've had many vehicles done through them and referred my friends there too
