One of the worst experiences I've had. I specifically asked for a stylist that had a lot of experience since the one that did my hair previously wasn't available and this was only the 2nd time I was coming to Bloom. This stylist chopped my bangs so short without any regard to my curly hair. We discussed in detail prior to cutting that I have naturally curly hair that I straighten and I wanted face framing curtain bangs. I showed her a picture and told her to cut it exactly that way and she completely ignored it ended up giving me bangs that sit above my eyebrows, she also didn't blend my layers correctly. When you have to fix and restyle your hair at home AFTER getting a cut, that's a sign of a bad hair cut . Will not be returning here.
