The Dollar Tree is indeed returning to the same spot. I was at the Wawa near there this past Thursday when I saw those familiar big green letters on the front of the store. The store is definitely up to code this time. I again passed by yesterday and they were adding the small green awning at the front of the store as well.
I kept saying to husband, that the shape of the front looked like one of the standalone Dollar Trees. Saw the letters the yesterday. "Ah", sigh of relief! Post Grand Opening of you see it.
