So is this open now? Not too thrilled about hearing they were closed by board of health?! What would it be like to go on a Saturday at an off hour at like 3pm?

There are no off hours and there is pretty much always a line and not to worry. The place has been run down looking for years, their focus & efforts are on the pizza. That they take good care of it and i would never have a problem eating there. Get a chocolate bobka from Isaacs Bakery across the street. You will thank me

Haven't checked, but usually "off hours" mean nothing. Once came before they opened (supposed to be 12 noon), and was lucky to be the first. However, they were late and by the time they did open 25 mins later, there was a long line. It's always a matter of luck.
