It's the Macy's "outlet" store.
Its the macys outlet/clearence no frills store. I will warn you that its a bit unorganized but they have some rediculus steals there, including i got 3 formal cocktail dresses for under $13 each & shorts for $3-$8 each. There are also some overpriced items there like any Macys, but if you know your prices you can get some awesome deals on anything from perfumes to clothes to shoes & so much more. I know i get lost here & although they dont always have what i walked in for, usually spend double the amount i hoped to cap my trip off at because i cant leave things like $.89 4lb Medicine ball there when its something i hoped to buy myself down the road a little.
I don't particularly like this store. You can do better at just plain Macy's AND I noticed that a good many of their items, I have never seen in the regular Macy's
