The food was great, I love the pupusas, but the service was horrible. The women there are incredible rude and have a terrible attitude. Won’t go back due to the service. Disgusting.

Yeah, I've lived in Yonkers for a while, and the customer service isn't the best. The food is good, but I don't like dealing with them.

The reason why it took so long to make the food because its fresh and no customer service is not bad. They treat everyone there with respect. Maybe you should really think about how everything went down and why they were rude.

This place is for casual dining, there are probably 2-3 servers that have to take care of the whole place plus delivery. Food usually takes some time to get ready, learn to enjoy your family or your phone. Their job is to take your order and bring it to you, that's it, you make the rest of your experience.
