Very cozy, the food is excellent as well as the prices, in addition to the view.
prices are very cheap, view is lovely good food good atmosphere. Someone said the margaritas were the best in my opinion they are not. It's not that they're bad, but they're not the best either. They also have a variety of drinks and a small bar upstairs that gets very good on weekends with loud music and good service.
