Most definitely Nilson. He has done all my tattoos. I live in Texas now but save any work I want done until I come back to Vegas and I go see Nilson.
All of the tattoo artist are good with their prices but speak to nilson. He is the owner there and can tell you what they can charge and who would be the best person there to do your tattoo depending on what you want.

I highly recommend Hypnotic Tattoos and Nilson is by far the best. I've been in Vegas for 20 years and have gotten several tattoos from different places but since I found Hypnotic I haven't gone anywhere else. Nilson pays close attn to detail and does excellent work for very fair prices. This shop will not disappoint.
