Kids are welcome but no special menu for them. not particularly sure there is BYOB however if so as with many establishments, you may need to pay a bottle service for chilling and serving.

The atmosphere is really geared for adults, although I have seen families gather there. No to the BYOB...Although their bar is fully stocked with only top shelf products. Hope this answers your questions. TG
I see many happy children when I go there. You can try and call ahead about the BYOB if it is a special occasion, but it is normally not done.
No BYOB I bring my kids there from lunch and they get the Luger hamburgers.
