Call the Noblesville Low Cost clinic. They do pickups/dropoffs in the parking lot of APL once a month for a small fee if there is enough participation. They have the lowest spay and neuter prices around.

They do not neuter in house, but they do transport animals to the lowcost spay and neuter clinic in Noblesville. I believe theu transport at least bi-weekly but it could be once a month.
