OK I work at that Walmart. The check center is open 7am til about 9pm. But we like to tell people 8:30pm because many people will come 10minutes before and the associates end up having a crazy long line and not getting our of work on time. This check center is always busy especially around certain times of the month
9am for sure. You can call and ask though, as well.

The people who run the money center need to allow people to cash payroll check on the holiday even if the check is dated for after. Catch up with the times.
