20 bucks i think but im not sure. Way better than that kiosk though sometimes itll eat your card n rip u off
It depends on where the card is redeemable at... Also I don't think the minimal amount is a question really... They'll give you the percentage you're owed regardless of what the amount on the card is. You just have to consider is driving to the location is "worth it"?! There's also kiosk machines for gift card exchange located in various stores. There used to be one in the Giant Eagle in Waterloo road; Akron!
$20 would be the lowest. It would also be the least amount as far as being worth selling to begin with.
