we called ahead to make sure they were willing to sell a part to the public vs contractor and we were told no problem and to come to the akron store. when we got there we asked for help from 2 different people to locate the part, one waved us to the desk saying she was busy, the guy behind the desk wanted to know what business we were with. When we said we were not with a business, he wouldn’t even come out from behind the desk to help. he said they didn’t carry the part without even looking in his computer. unfriendly store, disappointing experience. i do not recommended and will not be back.

U can call but they are wholesale only , ie : your contractor .
They don't sell to the public. Call your local plumber to get a price on a 40 gallon water heater. They are Bradford White dealers.
