Did they bring back regular grocery plastic bags yet and are they free? Or are they still only using paper bags? If they are only using paper bags, are they free now or are they charging money per bag used?

Stews uses paper bags in Paramus. They don't currently charge for paper bags.

Paramus outlawed plastic bags. If you use reusable bags be sure you wash them after every trip or your are inviting harmful bacteria

Paper only. Which are worthless ( they rip very easily) breakdown and buy the reusable ones . I was nevervreally a fan but they are pretty awsome now that we are being forced to use them😊
