Not only do they increase it after The free month and then within a year I think I have gotten 2 increases for I believe administrator of blah blah blah.
Sadly they do. The rate increases after 5 months on a monthly rental and annually if you pay for a year at a time. It's the only thing I don't like about Extra Space Storage as I feel the rate should remain the same or even decrease slightly for long term rentals.

Actually depends on the facility/location. Ho-ho-kus raised the rate only once in three years.
Thank you both i am probably not going to go there if they do raise it its not worth it since im on a tight budget and the raise does not seem fair
