I've had a storage unit here for a while now they are very nice. The unit I have is an indoor one so climate controlled and its at a comfortable level all year long. The indoor units are clean and I've never seen bugs or rodents even though there are rodent control devices placed inside. Maintenance is addressed pretty quick. The only problem I have ever had was shortly after the covid restrictions were lifted I had missed a month's payment and they had locked my unit. I payed the fee and went a few days after, it was after business hours and my unit was still tagged for non payment and locked. A phone call the next day had it unlocked.
