Yes currently the temple is closed until Monday October 28th. They are doing some maintenance. But at the same building you can find a sacrament meeting on Sunday at 10:30 and another one at 12. Also on 87th Street they have a sacrament meeting at 9:30
I'm sure if you call the temple they can tell you all the information that you need.
I can't remember the time for Sacrament meeting, but if you call the Temple, they will tell you.
