Yes, the showers were wonderful. Especially if you are first to use them in the am after cleaning. I don't believe they will allow you to bathe your dog, but I think dogs are welcome at the campground. BTW it's half price if you have a senior National Parks pass.
The showers are great. They keep everything spotless. Yes it is dog friendly. Same rules. Keep on leash, clean up their poop and barking at a minimum. I love camping there.
You can also buy that pass right at the entrance gate.
