I agree ! He's a real quack!! He continuously gives trigger point injections even when they're not helping. He reduces your medications to keep you in pain so you'll give in and get the Spinal Cord Stimulator. He DOESN'T complete disability forms. I urge every patient to get copies of their progress notes. He's falsifying his records and all the notes are duplicative and lies. Beware of this doctor! As my new pain management and orthopedic surgeon said, all Dr. Qadeer wants is for us (his patients) to pay for his Porsche! Steer clear of him!!
