I dont know bout that but i went in to the mvd prescott friday and i must say it was very nice not having to wait in ten lines .i was in and out got my oicture retaken got my forms and had a manager answer my questions all in under ten minutes .no people in lines ir anything maybe you shoukd just try going down to mvd on tuesday .much quicker
