If you are over 21, and have a picture ID, no matter what state you are from, you can purchase.

All you need is your ID it's recreational
21+ with any state ID as long as its valid & they ask whether or not you're medical or recreational because medical patients are 10% cheaper than recreational so they need to know in order to check you in accordingly.
You just walk in give them your id and they call you back, and you just buy what you want
You can buy with or w/o a card. They ask you " are you for medicinal or recreational" i don't know why they ask that question.
They ask medical or recreational because the medical stuff is way stronger than the recreational stuff.
