Your hostess Caroline B. needs some coaching on customer communication skills. She is rude with customers and other staff members. The dining room was almost empty, we were party of 2. First thing out of her mouth was I'll take those cups... We use thermal cups for our water, saves plastic waste. Last night I had mine with me and no one scolded me for bring in my cup. I take a medication that leaves me with a dry mouth, therefore I need my water. Throughout the entire time we are and enjoyed our meal your hostess came out through the dining room, she just glred at my husband and I. Our server was wonderful!!! At checking out Caroline again was snappy and rude. You might want to consider a different hostess. Thank you. .

Lovely food and service.. Our server was very good.. She was checking upon regularly in case we need anything.. Service was very slow but everything else was absolutely lovely

I have to say, customer service goes a long way. This is probably one of the worst customer service situations I've ever had. It started out well. Got seated almost right away. Server came and took our order. The food came out pretty fast. And now I know why. The second the food came out he put the bill on the table and said he was going on break. So after we got our food, basically we were on our own. No one else ever came to check on us. No coffee refill. No extra napkins. Anything we needed, too bad. I've never had somebody just walk away from a table they were serving. That just doesn't make sense to me. Needless to say he did not get a tip. Anyway, we got the eggs benedict which were okay. Nothing special. The hash browns are pretty good. My breakfast burrito was pretty dry. The only amazing thing really was the cornflake French toast. That was super delicious. Can't say I was impressed with the place.
