Yes there are seats by the river if you dont have a car just as Sam and Lauren have described, I think it is nicer to do that when its warm unless you dont mind cold weather.
Yes you can watch a movie there without the car just go to their website... They have two types of tickets one which is going in with you're vehicle and the other which is sitting by the water.. reminder tickets can only be purchased online.
