Wow sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with the food. I will sure pass this message to the owner so he will be aware he has unsatisfied customers. But the food usually is good depends on who the chef is as Greg said.
I think it depends who is cooking that day. Unfortunately, they are not as good as the owner.
