I never had this experience. Their delivery usually comes in a reasonable timeframe. I don't order often as I usually go to the restaurant and pick it up.
The food is great and hot...and they give you more meat if get off your ass and go to the store and stare them I the eyes and don't forget to tell em put oxtail gravy on everything!!!! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
To much order may be you were the last customer I had to wait for 45 minutes for an ox tail
