I don't think they perform spay and neuter services at the store. They have vet clinic that comes on the weekend but its just shots and things. Check with the SPCA, they may have some information about spay and neuter clinic near you.
You could call them, I believe thier hours open at 8 am. Don't know if they perform those services, that was the first time I went to that Newport News store.
