Super disappointed with this place. Their saving grace was definitely the friendliness/helpfulness of the employees. My husband and I had to go to the NN Lowes instead of Gloucester to get enough of the flooring we wanted. We went to flooring, confirmed that there was enough there and it took over 40 minutes to have it brought around front to our truck. Then when we finally got it home, we realized that one of the boxes had been damaged by the forklift and another of the boxes in the middle of the pallet was open and missing a plank (the pic posted below). We're not about to drive 2 hrs round trip to return the boxes, but I am still pretty disappointed. NN Lowes should also focus on getting more folks forklift certified.

BEWARE! This Newport News Lowe’s will not take back CLEARANCE trees, bushes & perennials! Supervisor here will not honor Lowe’s policy for returned plants. Cashier slipped and took a clearance plants for refund, so the system will take the return back but the supervisor at NN refused the refund. He informed me there is a sign at the garden center for no returns by the clearance plants. I challenge him to show me, walked with him there and sure enough no sign there and no sign at the cashiers area. He did not return my pine tree and pine bush. Repeated “we will not take back clearance plants and just walked away! I looked up policy for 2022 and it clearly states we have a year to return back any trees, bush & perennial. I SAY AGAIN, BEWARE WHEN YOU BUY CLEARANCE PLANTS AT NEWPORT NEWS LOCATION. This supervisor will not take it back! I DROVE TO HAMPTON LOWE’S HANDED MY RECEIPT OF CLEARANCE PLANTS AND SHE PROCEED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS! I was able to get over $100 worth of my money back with no hassle at Hampton. Called Williamsburg Lowe’s about return policy for clearance plants and they stated as long as we have the recite returns on plants within a year?! Clearly this supervisor does not follow company policy!

Very nice variety on everything, bath, counter tips, tiles ,light fixtures, doors, appliances, paints, decor ,patio huge area of gardening. Beautiful variety of sinks and stones. There's more sales online too, ill suggest you check both store and online comparable and visit the next door competitor to compare prices (home depot)

Since no one really highlights good customer service then here it goes. I purchased a grill from them last Saturday, attempted to pick it up Wednesday had some snags in the process so I said I'd try again today. Emma who works in returns and pickups was excellent. Not only did she remember me by name but she went above and beyond to the satisfaction of my pickup. I've had horrible experiences with the other Lowes location and I must say I feel good about this one. I don't know if they do raises or appraisals or considered promotions but she deserves one. She's the reason I am still a Lowe's customer and cardholder. I already told her supervisors but this deserved more exposure. Thank you again Emma for being so kind.

They have many options, but you need to measure your space to see what fits and the height. You might want to go with the dryer on top of the washer or get them separate if you have enough space
Im guessing with how the store is really busy its sometimes hard to get too not saying its right but like other places it happens
