Has the restaurant sold ? The food seems different. The spare ribs with black bean sauce was very watery instead of the usual thick sauce. The BBQ ribs last night had no BBQ sauce on them. The egg rolls are smaller and the fried rice not as moist ?

The original owners retired but the family still runs it. The fried rice doesn't have the smoky flavor as of late.

Restaurant was sold. Give the new owners a chance. new cooks new chefs. lots of differences. lobster cantonese portion was smaller. less lobster. everyone says egg rolls smaller. I can't tell. but new chefs new taste. happy for the former staff but sad for the customers.

I don't think they sold it's new people there they don't taste the same as it used to be I was there two days ago

Hi Charlie...The old cooks/ servers have retired last week.The new crew has taken over.Maybe it will take awhile before they know how to do things.They were trained by the old crew for about a week
