Does this apartment complex accept section 8 &/or folks with disabilities? Looking for a friend who wants to move. If not, could anyone help with some suggestions? My friend can't have any stairs or deep steps. Needing a bottom floor apartment.

All the ground floor apartments are one room. There is only one step into the apartment. Your friend probably can't manage it.
