Is there a shuttle between Ronkonkoma train station and Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) at Islip? or is taxi / Uber necessary between them?

I cant confirm but I dont think so... i would suggest to uber or taxi. There are many taxis outside the station on the north side of the tracks

No shuttles, there are transit buses having indirect routes for Long Island airport to/from Ronkonkoma LIRR.
