Our pet policy is as follows: 2 pets allowed Weight limit 1st Floor- 80 lbs total All other floors- 50 lbs total Nonrefundable pet fee 1 pet- $300 2 pets- $350 $35 per pet/per month *All dogs are required to have DNA cheek swab done prior to move in. Participants in Doggie DNA pick up program, call office for details.*
