Thank you for your confirmation. Our daughter is a professional chef in another state which prompted my question. We have been comfortable with dining with you three times in the past few weeks. See you soon.
Annette: Thanks for your question regarding our cooks not wearing masks while working in the kicthen. Current face mask requirements per Governor Northam's Third Amended Executive Order 61 requires employees working in customer-facing areas to wear face coverings over their nose and mouth at all times. Therefore, all of our front of the house employees (our hostesses, managers, servers, bussers, etc.) do wear face coverings at all times when directly interacting with all guests. Our back of the house employees (cooks/dishwasher) wear face coverings if they leave their work area (i.e, entering/exiting building, using restroom, etc.). Rest assured, we take all sanitization procedures, face mask requirements, social distancing (i.e., tables separated by 6 feet on our patio and seating every-other-table in the dining room) and NO bar seating to ensure our guests and employees are safe and feel comfortable dining at FIREBREW. We look forward to serving you again soon! Cheers!
I didn't notice staff without masks but I wasn't looking at kitchen staff. There is a mandate that all business require masks. Resturant have been shut down for violation of the mandate
