A deposit and estimate on how much stuff you have to move
We are an equal opportunity company. Each new employee must pass a criminal background check to ensure they are safe to enter someone's home or business. If cleared to move onto next step, new employee then has to provide a resume with past work credentials that are verifiable, then can applicant lift 100 pounds? If yes and references are good we go into a training course. Then into the field after written test and physical test scores are great.
