I've seen people line up as early as 6 or 6:30 depending on the day but you still be waiting in line for them to open at 7/7:30. If you wanna skip the lines you could always get the fast pass
Best to buy tickets on line but if your buying your tickets there between 630 and 7
Ive never shown up before opening, but its a possibility to show up maybe at 6 since they open at 7, so you can be at the beginning of the line to get a ticket, but honestly, when i went the opening day, the lines werent too bad, and we were able to get through both houses, the gift shop, and look around at the new haunted carnival games they have withing 3 hours. We got there around 9.
