Keep calling and asking. You can wven inquire as to which team members did the clean up of your particular cinema after your particular movie showing. They should have records to indicate such. Do you still have yoyr ticket stubs? Best of luck!

Depends on where you lost it. If lost out of the normal traffic areas it won't be found until maintenance time. If lost in a trafficked area it's likely turned in and will be place in management office.
